Who we are

Alterra Labs LLC is a Massachusetts limited liability company. We provide PCB design services. This site is alterralabs.net.

This website

The site has no accounts, forms, cookies, ads or analytics. Cloudflare serves the site. Cloudflare processes standard request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site.

What we receive

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write. If you become a client, we also receive your company details, billing details and the design files and requirements you send us.

How we use it

• To reply to you.
• To quote, perform and deliver design work.
• To invoice you and keep financial records.

We do not sell personal information.

Payments and bookkeeping

Stripe processes card payments. We never see full card numbers. We keep our books in Zoho Books, which holds invoice and customer records.

Retention

We keep project files and project emails for 3 years after a project ends. We keep invoices and financial records for 7 years, as tax and accounting rules require.

Access and deletion

To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email mithilamin@alterralabs.net. We reply within two business days. We may keep records that the law requires us to keep.
