Pricing
We quote fixed prices in US dollars. Each quote states the scope, assumptions, exclusions, revision rounds and timeline.
Open-ended review work is billed hourly.
Projects quoted at US$150 or more require a 25% deposit before work starts, unless the quote states otherwise. We invoice the balance when the work is complete. We send final files only after the invoice is paid in full.
Invoices are payable online by card.
Process
- You describe the board.
- We confirm the scope in writing. We sign an NDA before receiving design files.
- For projects of US$150 or more, a 25% deposit starts the work.
- Before invoicing the balance, we send review copies (schematic PDF and board renders) so you can check the work against the agreed scope.
- Once the invoice is paid in full, we send the KiCad project, fabrication package and remaining deliverables. Design rights transfer to you at that point.
What we do not offer
- Firmware.
- RF above about 6 GHz, MEMS, FPGA or ASIC design.
- Designs for medical, automotive functional-safety or aerospace products.
- Manufacturing under our name. Fabrication is ordered from third-party fabricators.
